Dear First Responders, will you save my life as a registered organ donor?

A traumatic accident has occurred and emergency medical staff are called. Once on the scene, they assess the patients and begin life-saving treatment while preparing for transport to the hospital. Do they assess for anything else?

Kelly Cover, Lifebanc Coroner, Medical Examiner, and EMS Liaison discusses her role working with emergency medical services and time spent as a firefighter and EMT, Kelly also helps bust the misconception that lives won’t be saved if they see you are a registered organ donor.

Our mission is to heal & save lives, and despite the circumstances, our team continues to make every effort to ensure fulfillment of our mission.

All donation and transplantation work will continue as usual.
