Jalene Roberts never thought she would have to make the decision for her son to be an organ donor. After a tragic event, her son Jalen went on to be a donor hero and gave the ultimate gift to other, the gift of life.

Jalene was proud of her son Jalen. He was in college and life was just beginning for him. Sadly, an unexpected tragedy happened and she found herself in a hospital talking to a Lifebanc representative. Her son was a kind and generous person and Jalene made the decision that she wanted Jalen to be a donor hero.

Since that day, Jalene has supported Lifebanc and hopes to educate others about the greatest gift given to others. Watch as she shares her experience with donation and remembers Jalen.
