Donate Life Month

Little Girl Pinwheel Each April, the nation celebrates National Donate Life Month. A time to honor those who gave the gift of life, celebrating those who received a second chance and providing hope to the men, women, and children waiting for a lifesaving organ transplant. National Donate Life Month helps raise awareness about donation, encourage Americans to register as organ, eye and tissue donors and to honor those that have saved lives through the gift of donation.  The month-long celebration includes Blue & Green Day, being held on April 22, 2022 is an opportunity for all to demonstrate support for organ, eye, and tissue donation by wearing blue and green, decorating their house, cars or find other creative ways to celebrate.
