We share many stories about organ donor families and transplant recipients, but it isn’t very often that we talk about someone whose loved one died because they didn’t receive the organ transplant they needed in time. Gabriel Feliciano went through the arduous process of being listed for a liver transplant. He even received “the call” multiple times, but a transplant never occurred. Sadly, his health deteriorated, and he passed away without ever receiving his second chance. Listen as his wife, Suzette, shares their story and her hopes for the future.
